Question: How many Service Learning Hours do Seniors need to graduate?
Answer: 60 hours (15 hours per year)
Question: What if I did not attend Franklin for all 4 years?
Answer: Deduct 15 hours for each year you did not attend Franklin (or any other SPS high school). For example – if you transferred in 10th grade, you will need 45 Service Learning hours to graduate
Question: Where can I pick up a Service Learning hours log?
Answer: In the Counseling Office
Question: What if I am unable to have my volunteer supervisor sign off on the Service Learning hours log verifying my hours?
Answer: Please have your volunteer supervisor email your Counselor with the dates and number of hours you volunteered, along with a brief description of what you did, BEFORE April 24th
Question: Is there a benefit to logging more than 60 hours?
Answer: You bet there is! Seniors who complete 120 or more hours of Service Learning will be honored with a chord at graduation
