The Seattle Promise application is officially open! Seniors must submit both applications; deadline to apply is February 13th, 2026. Questions or concerns? Reach out to Nancy Le, Franklin’s Seattle Promise liaison. All graduating Seniors attending Seattle Public high schools are eligible for the Seattle Promise program regardless of grade point average (GPA), income, ability, or country of birth.
