DESCRIPTION:Starting high school is a big transition—for students and their families—and we’re excited to welcome you to Franklin! \nPlease join Franklin staff and the Franklin PTSA for a special Family Orientation for 9th grade (and new) families: \nMonday\, August 31\n6:00–7:30 p.m.\nFranklin High School Auditorium \nCome learn what to expect during your student’s first year at Franklin. Staff will share helpful information about: \n\nHigh school credits and graduation requirements\nWhat life is like for a Franklin 9th grader\nClubs\, activities\, and ways to get involved\nResources and tips to help your student have a successful first year\n\nThere will also be plenty of time to ask questions\, meet other Franklin families\, connect with staff\, and learn more about the PTSA. \nThere will be a separate 9th grade & new student only orientation at Franklin on September 1st 10:00 AM- 12:30 PM
